Among the industries it leads is the real estate industry, through its subsidiary Ayala Land, whose profit for the first quarter of 2019 grew by 12% compared to the same quarter of the prior year.
A Philippine-based company that manufactures noodles, biscuits, packaged baked goods, and culinary aids for over 40 years, Monde Nissin Corporation is a household name present in millions of households, sari-sari stores, and groceries around the country. Establishing a presence in the Philippines even before the country was officially a republic, Sun Life of Canada has been among the nation’s leading insurers for decades, paying out claims even during massive crises like World War II. It’s among the top of its industry continues today, with Sun Life remaining the leading life insurer in the country in terms of sales in 2018, according to the government-sanctioned Insurance Commission.
