Artbooks.ph (New brand launched 2014)
- Bookstore selling books about Philippine art and culture
Luzviminda.ph (New brand launched 2018)
- Archive of Philippine photography promoting and selling photographic prints
Although we have expanded considerably within our niche market we are still a small company only having a total of 7 regular full-time employees.
I am currently looking for a full-time bookkeeper (comfortable working alone) to keep tabs of the company’s daily financial transactions, monitor the company’s financial health and work with an outsourced accountant to handle our taxes.
Minimum Qualifications
- Knowledge of bookkeeping practices
- Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles and procedures
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulatory requirements
- Working knowledge of relevant computer applications
- Knowledge of data management and financial data analysis
- An associate degree in accounting, finance or business an advantage
- Bookkeeping certification
- Someone with good business sense and interested in art and culture.
- Honest and hardworking.
