Job Description
- Experience working within a customer-focused environment is a plus
- Demonstrated experience or interest in market research and surveys
- Experience in conducting quality or survey reviews a plus
- Able to effectively and accurately communicate feedback
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Basic knowledge in excel or spreadsheet
- Can perform analysis using applicable analytical tools and create insights out of huge amount of data is a plus
Minimum Qualifications
Educational Attainment and requirement:
- At least a four-year degree college graduate
