Job Description
As a Credit and Collections Analyst, you will be responsible in:
- collecting and recovering customer receivables and debt
- ensuring cash collection activities meet the requirements of the client by reducing debt aging maximizing cash collection and collecting high-quality dispute information
- gathering and analyzing financial information new and existing customers to assess the risk of issuing credit from small to large scale businesses
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of any course, preferably Finance of Accounting.
- 2 yrs relevant experience in outsourcing, shared services or operations and experience on Accounts Receivable or Credit/Financial Analysis
- Proficiency in Excel and Word and Order to Cash ERP systems
- Excellent analytical skills together with an ability to think laterally and strategically
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills and ability to work on own initiative
- Strong organisational and time management skills
