We’re looking for a Financial Reporting Sr Analyst, what does it take to become one?
- Assists FR Specialist in various tasks related to statutory engagements which ensures all requirements are provided timely and accurately
- Responsible for providing inputs to simple internal and external requirements – reports, flux analysis, FS reviews, Account Reconciliation presentations, etc.
- Ensures all assigned Balance Sheet Reconciliations are reviewed and approved timely and possess the required quality. Ensures that all reconciling items are resolved within the policy period.
- Ensures issues that require escalation follow the escalation matrix
- Identify and participate in Finance-related process improvements and innovation initiatives
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of financial reporting and analysis in a shared services industry or with the big 4 auditing firms
- Experience in handling accounting in a headcount intensive business structure
- Understands statutory requirements - SEC and BIR
- Experience in intercompany accounting
- Experience in flux reporting and variance analysis
- Experience in handling complex account reconciliations
- Ability to solution for complex issues and accounting problems
- Has worked in an extensive ERP environment (SAP preferred)
