Job Description
Perform Service Fulfillment activities for a given function with No supervision including:
- Understand fully the navigational tools of all the applications needed in the process
- Observe the SLA and performance measurements assigned
- Participate and implement in Operational Excellence initiatives
- Support functional lead in management of functional groups
- In conjunction with Lead, works to ensure development of group members’ skills
- Provide guidance, share knowledge and best practices with colleagues/team members relating to own specialization.
- Work with management to create and maintain work plans
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of 4 year or 5 year course in Electronics & Communications, Computer Engineering or any IT related courses
- Experience in managing/supervising minimum of 10 agents/associates gained in a BPO company or similar or alternative industry
- Experience in network support operations
- Certification in CCNP, JNCIA - Junos, CCIE, CCNA-Voice (++) or Adtran(ATSP) is an advantage.
