Job Description

Overall Purpose:

Manage the scope of HR services delivered for the respective entity or business, inclusive of internal teams and external HR service providers. Ensure alignment of delivery to strategic objectives of HR and business. Lead and manage any of the HR Shared Services Recruitment Center Team.

Responsibilities:

Advisory - Strategy and Coaching

  • Resolve any escalation
  • Advise client account leadership regarding HR aspects of key business strategies, issues and decisions and potential problem areas
  • Coach and advise account and engagement leads and employees (when necessary) in people matters relevant to the account and business segment at the worksite
  • Advise Account leadership in career development activities
  • Effectively coach/counsel others
  • Facilitate annual performance management activities for accounted issues and risks

Compliance and Process Improvement

  • Facilitate teamwork and process integration across the team
  • Contribute to a positive work environment and promote teamwork
  • Participate in setting account-wide Human Capital Strategy and people initiatives
  • Provide oversight of all major HR processes from a client perspective
  • Monitor and evaluate HR trends highlighting implications for the client
  • Adapt, communicate, and implement the strategic direction of all operations to ensure adherence to global policies and processes
  • Serve as a main point of contact and manage relationships with stakeholder group and key individuals
  • Resolve any escalated issues and risks
  • Facilitate teamwork and process integration across the team

Delivery Excellence and HR Leadership

  • Serve as a main point of contact and manage relationships with stakeholder group and key individuals
  • Oversight or support of Account onboarding, orientation, integration
  • Work with HR

Minimum Qualifications

  • Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree course
  • Requires 8 years’ experience in Recruitment Sourcing Leadership role, preferably in BPO Industry
  • Background in preparation of Memorandum of Agreements (MOA)
  • Has experience working in BPO, Shared Services and or other related industry.
  • People Management Experience
  • Experience handling a team of 20 or more headcount
  • No issue in travelling from one recruitment center to another
