Job Description
Client Account HR Senior Manager is part of a global HR team that supports our most complex acquisitions providing client centric Human Capital leadership. The CAHRL role collaborates with leadership stakeholders, V&A COE, Market/MU HR and the global function teams to create an employee experience exemplifying one Accenture.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of any Bachelor’s Degree
- Requires 7 years’ experience as an HR Generalist and knowledgeable in HR Processes and Policies
- Has experience in Mergers and Acquisition
- Has Strong Project Management and Stakeholder Management
- Experience in Talent Management
- Willing to be assigned in Boni, Mandaluyong
- Regular Shift, Monday – Friday (9am-6pm)
