Job Description
- Understand the client’s operating environment, business strategy, organizational structure, and learning and collaboration approach
- Support Business Intelligence (BI) and Data Warehousing (DW) solutions by leveraging industry standard/ leading analytics platforms
- Accurately translate customer requirements into technical requirements
- Develop in-depth understanding of underlying data, data structures, and business uses to ensure analytics deliverables meet client needs
- Manage client relationships, demand/pipeline, issue resolution, learning program design, reporting, and new developments
- Work directly with the clients to understand requirement; and propose and develop best business solution that enables effective decision-making, and drive business objectives
- Partner with appropriate team to ensure performance and delivery meets SLAs
- Effectively communicate the findings to business stakeholders and clients
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Physics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related scientific disciplines
- Must have at least 3 years of relevant experience in Analytics
- Network background is an advantage
- Analytics Advisory background is preferred
- Must be familiar with Statistical Analysis and Modeling
- Must be familiar with R or Python
