Job Description
The GBSN-BPT Career Level 11 (Analyst) helps in the quality assurance and compliance programs for the GBSN and/or GS functions. He/She is responsible for rolling out compliance activities for each Risk and Compliance service offering, to ensure client service and compliance goals are met and maintained, and documented policies and procedures are followed
- Assist the GBSN-BP&T Team Lead design and implement quality assurance and compliance programs for the GBSN and/or GS groups ensuring client service and compliance goals are met and maintained with ISMS/BCMS/EMS as area of focus.
- Program-manage all internal and external audits involving assigned GBSN and/or GS functions.
- Work with the assigned function Leads and other GBSN BPT teams on continuous process simplification and improvement including risks identification, controls design and implementation.
- Prepare relevant Risk Management reports that shall aid GBSN and/or GS Leadership in their decision-making process.
- All other tasks particularly quality assurance related ones that the GBSN-BPT Leadership may assign.

Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree
- Open to Undergraduates
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in quality assurance or audit role (call/process experience) in an IT, outsourcing, or Shared Services industry
- Stakeholder management
- Assisting in managing and implementing in Information Security and Business Continuity
- Temporarily Work From Home until further notice
- Regular Shift, 8am-5:30pm
