Job Description
- Act as the lead point of contact for accounts being assigned
- Ensure a good, strong relationship with the clients and internal team members
- Operate effectively and efficiently in addressing the client’s inquiries in a timely manner.
- Prepares reports, media plans, presentation decks and delivers progress reports as needed
- Identify key opportunities and help the team grow our revenue
- Evangelize and educate partners and internal teams on the benefits of using with Aarki's technology.
- Create, manage and execute plans to grow revenue with existing clients.
- Provide regular and accurate forecasts and business updates to supervisor
- Maintain accurate records of progress with clients in Aarki’s internal CRM systems
- Maintain excellent up-to-date expert knowledge of Aarki’s app marketing service.
- Be a digital and mobile advertising expert and Aarki evangelist in your assigned market.
- Work closely with creative, analyst, partnerships, ad operations and other departments to ensure holistic customer success.
- Provide ideas and feedback about how to improve Aarki products and services for our partners.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communication, PR and related course.
- Candidate must have 1-2 years of advertising agency background/work experience.
- Mobile/Digital marketing experience is preferred but not required
- A product of top schools in the country with good scholastic records
- Great English communication skills both written and verbal
- Excellent listening skills, presentations skills and sales skills
- Great attitude towards work and has high tolerance on stress
- Can work independently and self directed
- Flexible and willing to work long hours
- Willing to be assigned on graveyard shift (1am - 10am)
- Willing to work in Makati, Philippine office.
