MS Dynamics 365 CRM Functional  

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and Manage multiple large projects.
• Lead and facilitate the design and architecture sessions with clients.
• Mentor other consultants in terms of PM, BA and/or Technical skills.
• Be a PowerObjects University (PowerU) Instructor.
• Implementation experience on MS CRM 2011, 2013 or 2015 on-premise, D365 etc.
• Experience in gathering business requirements (to be model, as is model, etc.) and experience configuring Microsoft CRM modules.
• Understand customer requirements and advise project team on highly specialized, complex solutions architecture and implementation.
• Be an advisor to customers and other consultants.
• Create Functional and Technical Specifications documentation for the project.
• Create a detailed project scope document for the customer, which includes both estimates for the tasks that will be completed and the project schedule in Microsoft Project.
• Guide the project along through daily communications with the customer.
• Conduct design review sessions with the customer to demonstrate completed work and gather adjustments and changes.
• Facilitate workshops to develop business requirements; create demonstrations to provide proof of concept; plan and assist the team in drafting statements of work to include estimation of effort/cost.
• Conduct hands-on implementation, configuration and development of the various components of Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
• Create documentation for clients, including PowerPoint presentations and Visio workflows regarding functional and technical requirements, design, training, process engineering, etc.
• Proficient in co-ordinating with Devlopment, Testing and Release Management Teams.
• Ability to support the testing team during the SIT, UAT, Pre-production and production environments.
• Ability to support user queries with the right spirit and optimal resolution time.
