Business Process Analyst  

The Business Process Analyst is responsible for determining root causes, improving process performance and optimizing processes whether established or new. The individual will ensure that the process outcomes are in alignment with the company’s strategic goals.

Key responsibilities include:

• Identification of problem areas, and perform root cause analysis
• Determine areas for standardization, automation, and centralization for large-scale implementation
• Innovation of business processes to achieve new ways of thinking
• Mapping out of existing processes and design effective steps with the goal of improving the end to end process
• Analysis of business steps and processes using relative data and tools to support findings and pain points
• Collaboration across different departments to help create buy-in and sign off with subject matter experts and stakeholders for the end state business process
• Managing processes from beginning to end, and finding innovative ways that will impact results, enhance profitability, and help the organization meet its objectives
• Ensure top quality service delivery and eliminate defects in the business process

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Digital Management/Marketing or equivalent.
• Six Sigma, Lean, or CMMI Certification is highly desirable
