Service Partner Manager  

The Service Partner Manager is responsible for building, maintaining, and strengthening long-term relationships with BU-partner/s by providing technology leadership and service to support and achieve BU-partners’ business goals.

This role focuses on keeping TechGroup's clients satisfied through regular and/or ad hoc technology services advisory, managing new and existing services, tracking service metrics with input to clients’ managing budgets, and helping lead the resources responsible for getting services delivered to clients.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Advisory

• Involvement in BU-partner business strategy and planning
• Monitoring of BU-partner industry for service alignment
• Identification of opportunities for operational efficiencies

IT Operations Management

• Implementation of corporate standards and policies, including IT security standards in all managed services offerings by TechGroup
• Monitoring and analysis of IT services Service Level Agreement (SLA) and other aligned service metrics

Project Management

• Evaluation of project objectives
• New project analysis
• Business solution design
• Project issue resolution

Relationship Management

• Managing of relationships with BU-partner
• Managing linkage and relationship with internal and external suppliers/ service providers

Process Management

• Single point of contact (SPOC) for digital transformation and BU-partner enterprise technology landscape
• Providing guidance in business transformation

• Graduate of any 4-year course; Masteral degree preferred.
• A minimum of 3-year managerial experience, master-level in IT landscape and service management.
• Preferred certificiations: ITIL, PMP
