Job Description
The Business Development Manager is responsible for sales growth and for finding opportunities to increase the value of existing customers, while attracting new ones. He/she will be working with the Aboitiz Group’s social enterprise, set up to deliver weather-related solutions and services to the Philippine market.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Designing, planning, and implementing WSI business models and strategies
- Setting comprehensive goals for business growth and success
- Developing sales and marketing strategies and plans to grow the business. This includes the development and execution of go-to-market plan for product and services, including product positioning.
- Developing strategies to establish pricing, marketing programs, direct sales, and channel partners
- Identifying rising business opportunities and building long-term relationships with prospects, as well as partners, vendors, and other stakeholders
- Collaborating with the Product Development Team to articulate and identify use cases to address prospective customer needs
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be a degree holder.
- An MBS or Masters is a plus.
- Must have at least 10 years of experience with progressive general management responsibilities in the tech industry or a start up environment
