The HR Optimization and Retention Manager will work with AVP HR (Aboitiz Power Distribution Utilities) in the implementation of group-wide employee optimization and retention programs.
The position is responsible on the implementation of organizational development programs and HR Systems and processes improvement across distribution utilities.
He/She will provide support functions in the conduct of compensation and benefits assessments , salary review/salary restructuring, benefits costs analysis, job evaluation, employee performance management, key talents review and succession planning.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology/Human Resource Management
- With 6-7 years supervisory/managerial working experience or exposure in Compensation & Benefits, Organizational Development & Job Evaluation.
- Experience or exposure in HRIS and or other HR-related systems.
