Job Description

  • Closely coordinate and plan with Project Owners the work breakdown structure (WBS) and requirements to ensure efficient HR support on the phases of the project.
  • Provide assistance to the project owners in relaying the key messages to affected stakeholders (ie Plant Operators, CBU, etc.)
  • Collaborate with the Operations and Maintenance teamleaders the manpower preferencesbased on the automation requirements and ensure alignment with HR activities.
  • Conduct profiling activities (skills, educational attainment, etc.) on affected employees to ensure that selection of employees to be retained are based on the set criteria of Operations and Maintenance.
  • Ensure that all documentary requirements are available and ready prior to the implementation of the project by closely coordinating with the concerned government agencies (ie DOLE, etc.)
  • Ensure implementation of activities in managing employee separation (off boarding) from the company to ensure an effective and efficient way of handling movements.
  • Closely coordinate with the labor and employment officers to ensure compliance with the labor standards.
  • Identify possible job opportunities of affected employees in other divisions in Hedcor and/or other Aboitiz Business Units.
  • Collaborate with other private and government agencies the possible assistance that can be provided by the company to employees who will be separated due to redundancy. (ie training assistance, seminar, startup business, etc.)
  • Ensure compliance to separation policy and processes through proper documentation (Notice, clearance, exit interview, etc.)
  • Ensure on-time preparation and submission of necessary reports with regards to separation to concerned government agencies (ie SSS, HDMF, PHIC, etc.)

Minimum Qualifications

Will be responsible handling HR projects involving employee relations, labor standards, legal and compliance.

  • Must be a holder of Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering
  • With experience in handling HR labor standards and compliance.
  • With at least two (2) years of related work experience
