Job Description
This position is responsible for HR services and operations delivery for a defined geographic site, group of functions and people. The position is the Site HR SPOC for VP Plant Manager (or equivalent) in the area.
The position is also responsible for alignment and delivery of Talent Attraction, working with other human resources personnel in the group as a focal person. The position is responsible for ensuring that Coal BU adhere to relevant APHR directives and align with AP’s processes and people practices.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct Strategic Workforce Planning on a annual basis
- Prepare the Table of Organization and update the TO whenever necessary
- Initiate and prompt Team Leaders on the update of Job Description
- when necessary
- Review and approve attraction strategies to ensure availability
- and endorsement of the right talents across Coal BU.
- Plan for future organizational requirements based on Coal 5 year
- Business Development Plan.
- Forge strong strategic relationships with relevant stakeholders
- (i.e. DOLE, Universities, Professional Organizations etc.) and
- ensure all available sourcing channels are optimized in Coal BU. Strategically assemble job offer packages to ensure competitiveness & attractiveness as well as alignment with BU and Policies and Procedures
- Facilitate Job Evaluation of positions across Coal BU
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 8 years actual experience in HR;
- At least 5 years in a leadership role;
- involved in compensation studies, employee engagement, HR technology projects;
- Bachelors/College Degree in one of these courses:
Behavioral Science, Psychology, Industrial Relations Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering Mathematics, Economics; - Preferred not required. Psychometrician license, SHRM certifications.
