Job Description
- Conceptualizes and executes digital content for socials anchored on promo plans/campaigns.
- Handles day-to-day management, boosting and development of editorial content for social media platforms, tweets, posts, and discussions.
- Handles efficient coordination with Spotify through timely liaising of content materials (e.g., lyrics, promo/marketing drivers, write up, songs).
- Updates and curates calendar for the digital releases.
- Engages with stakeholders internally to identify content opportunities.
- Handles community interaction activities especially in relation to promo seeding.
- Proactively interacts and interjects with online communities across all platforms.
- Generates community dialogue, buzz, and interaction.
- Ensures that daily content published meet the quota for maximum earnings for Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
- Help identify and engage topic influencers and brand advocates.
- Monitor activities and anchor content on trending topics to ensure relevance of materials used for all social media accounts.
- Performs other tasks to be assigned from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be familiar with emerging digital technologies such as social media sites, streaming media, blogging, etc.
- Ability to work in a team fostered environment.
- Has good oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a multi-tasked environment.
- Ability to prioritize and organize work.

About ABS-CBN Star Music
Star Recording, Inc. - or simply, Star Records - was a major diversification move in the evolution of ABS-CBN from a broadcast media to a fully integrated entertainment company. After gaining a solid foothold in film production and distribution (Star Cinema) and merchandising (ABS-CBN Licensing), venturing into the music business was an obvious development.
Incorporated in February 1995, Star Records began commercial operations in September of the same year, having signed an exclusive distribution agreement with Sony Music Entertainment, covering the entire country except Metro Manila.
Within a few months, the company managed to set up what has become the largest provincial sales and distribution network, with branches in Cebu, Iloilo, Davao and Cagayan de Oro, complemented by a team of sales representatives for Northern, Central and Southern Luzon.
