Database and Reports Officer  

The Location Database is seen as a vital tool to efficiently select the location requirements for TV Productions Taping. With this, the Database & Reports Officer will be primarily tasked to manage the new Location Database a robust and seamless flow of location information to the end users, considering both the backend data structure and frontend accessibility for the end-users. The DR Officer will maintain the data and respond to request for support of end-user.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create and maintain information of the Location and other items uploaded in the system
• Ensure accuracy of data loaded in the new Database
• Formulate standard processes involving use of Database both for backend and end-users
• Define, create, and maintain Users access for the new Database
• Create and upload usage report from SAP and other user info in the new Database
• Create and maintain reference tables in the new Database
• Generate report from the new Database
• Respond and answer questions/inquiry of end-users
• Resolve system issues and coordinate/escalate to IT and other responsible team regarding technical and other issue identified regarding the new Database
• Analysis of report to identify efficiencies within the department
• All other ad hoc task that will be assigned

• College level
• Must have background in IT System management and analysis
• Ability to speak, write, and read fluently in Filipino and English
• At least three (3) years experience as a Team Lead
• Familiar with IT System process and project-management
• Capable of fault analysis, problem investigation, and unit/function testing of program fixes and data fixes
• Demonstrated excellence in time management skills
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
• Ability to work in a team fostered environment.
• Good customer service skills.
• Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule.
