Job Description

Operations

  • In charge of maintaining and improving the operations process for Ad network partners
  • Work with internal teams and partners to facilitate swift integration or set up of technologies and campaign implementations
  • Interact with marketing/product leaders to schedule campaigns for calendar-based sponsorships and events
  • Train and develop Ad network specialists to be able to efficiently traffic and/or set up campaigns in our various internal systems
  • Take lead in troubleshooting advertising issues in real time
  • Conduct regular updates/meetings with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on plans and initiatives and provide opportunities for monetization

Partner Management

  • Actively source partners
  • In charge of the overall partner management: negotiations, contracts, performance analysis and other communications

Revenue

  • Accountable for Ad network revenue targets
  • Generate regular reports on partner performance, revenues and opportunities
  • Communicating results to internal marketing leadership through bi-weekly reports, emails, phone calls

Minimum Qualifications

  • Graduate of any Bachelor’s Degree
  • At least 5 years of work experience in technology, digital sector or online advertising including managerial experience
  • Prior experience trafficking in an ad server
  • Familiarity with a front end order management system preferred
  • Experience compiling reporting and building wrap up decks
  • Keen problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
  • Excellent client relationship & interpersonal skills
  • Strong verbal/written communication skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Must be detail-oriented and have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Ability to multitask and efficiently manage time and priorities is critical.
  • Must be organized and detail oriented with great attention to accuracy
  • Presentation and public speaking skills preferred
