YouTube Marketing Specialist  

• Find celebrities on YouTube/Facebook/Instagram and do the collaboration, let them make videos that can promote our brand, write promotional contents, drive viewers to our site and convert them to applicants and help to select more good teachers.
• Find suitable YouTube channels for our brand awareness and our job hiring to be featured in
• Analyze the celebrity promotion strategy of competitors, promote our own celebrities.
• Communicate with celebrities and stars, and do business negotiation and video collaborations with them.
• Summarize and analyze the promotion data and effect regularly.
• Do some other tasks assigned by the direct supervisor.

1. Bachelor degree in journalism, PR, advertisement and marketing or related field.

2. Star agent and public relation work experience will be preferred.

3. Pleasing personality, good learning ability, good at exploration and innovation, have an interest in

promotion work with social media.

4. Strong teamwork spirit, self-express ability.

5. Must be able to write clear, concise and grammatically correct emails and correspondence

6. Must be task-oriented and goal-driven

7. Must have an excellent work ethic - dedicated, committed and smart

8. Computer and internet savvy is a MUST

9. Willing to learn/work in a fast-paced environment
