Job Description
The role
The Account Management Associate role exists to ensure a steady stream of viable leads and provide support through process management to deliver an efficient and effective business development process.
We are looking for Account Management Associate who has a at least 3 years of experience in account management in an advertising or digital marketing agency, have social media marketing experience, have strong project and process management skills.
Responsibilities
Lead Generation
- Delivering on the BD Associate Role as per the latest BD Process
- Do Lead Generation and BD Live project tracking and ensure availability to all stakeholders
- Works with the BD/Marketing Manager to finalize the relevant discussions and presentations for the weekly lead generation cadence meetings
Acumen Brand Health
- Work with the BD/Marketing Manager in finalizing the specific plans within the set budget
- Manage the implementation of all activities within the marketing plan including management of the teams Social Media Assets and content
- Track results and do analytics on the implementation. Recommend plan revisions based on tracking and analysis.
Live Business Development Process Management
- Document current BD process, monitor implementation of all steps and capture any feedback. Regularly update.
- Prepare and compile all standard BD documents and materials. Disseminate to all stakeholders (PH, CD, Project managers) and ensure compliance thru monitoring of each step of the process.
- Work with Knowledge Center in preparing the communications and other materials required for BD and Marketing.

Minimum Qualifications
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or associate degree in Business or Marketing or a related field may be advantageous
- Deep level of experience or training on Project Management, Digital Marketing or Social Media Marketing Training or Knowledge Project Management Certification is an advantage
- 3-5 years of experience in Marketing Communications or Advertising and/or Digital Marketing or Social Media Marketing Experience
