Job Description
- Handles and responds to various inquiries. Escalates certain issues when necessary.
- Be familiar with the team processes and product specifications.
- Work directly with clients to effectively manage their needs and preference
- Monitor images and data tags
- Maintain a high standard in the performance of operational procedures
- Can create report in both written and visual
- Can translate both languages from Thai to English and English to Thai
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any field
- Preferably currently residing in Metro Manila, Philippines
- Good Thai and English communication skills
- Amenable to work in shifting schedules, on weekends, or on holidays
- Willing to work in Ayala Avenue, Makati, Philippines
- Detail-oriented
- Can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Committed to comply with deadlines
- Can multi-task effectively
- Can start ASAP
