Job Description
The Digital SME acts as liaison between the Marketing Consultant and Web Development team for inquiries that requires the latter's attention. He/she answers and resolves inquiries related to the website including updates and never-before encountered issues on website maintenance, modification and enhancement. He/she also collaborates with user departments and other technology teams to implement work requests and support productions systems.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Computer Science/Information Technology, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Mass Communications, Marketing or equivalent.
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent analytical, creative logic and problem solving skills
Competency Requirements
- Can do web programming using HTML, CSS & Javascript
- Understanding of Content Management Systems concepts and design either in Drupal or wordpress/
- Basic knowledge on search engine optimization.
