Financial Planning and Analysis Manager  

SUMMARY: The Financial Planning and Analysis Manager is responsible for the delivery of accurate and timely management reporting as well as annual budgeting and monthly forecasting. The jobholder will coordinate with the local finance team, platform head, and the global executive team

• Understands the financial needs and drivers of the business and provides operational and strategic finance support to enable the execution of business decisions.
• Works closely with the CFO and Platform Heads to generate the narrative and insights that forms part of the management and board reporting deck.
• Provides management with relevant and accurate information for business decision-making purposes, among others, in order to manage costs, ensure compliance and increase business opportunities.
• Ensures the profitability of contracts and maintains close coordination with Platform Heads and Business Development executives, and suggests how to improve the profitability of the business.
• Recommends, implements, and monitors management tools and key performance indicators.
• Produce monthly operating results and analyses on financial performance. Provides such reports to global, regional and functional leaders in a timely and accurate manner.
• Prepares a detailed financial plan taking into consideration business and financial risks when doing the analysis and update.
• Supports the Global CFO during the annual budgeting process; collaborates and partners with various stakeholders across the business to develop the annual budget and forecast updates.
• Collaborates with the platform and functional leaders to ensure that intercompany budget and forecast are met.

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Finance & Analytics background
• Good in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Very sharp and analytical
