Associate Project Manager  

Associate Project manager is expected to handle multiple small to medium scale projects that are limited to internal engagements. They coordinate, schedule, and track progress and ensure that proper status reporting is done. Under this capacity, the APM is expected to develop the mastery of end to end project management under the supervision of the Project Management Lead in line with the PMBOK standards.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

Project Management

1. Management of all phases from initiation to project closure with the key PM best practices.
2. Provide strong risk mitigation strategies and change management for any scope amendments throughout the project.
3. Management of project teams and stakeholders by means of effective communications through status updates, meetings along with strong interpersonal skills.
4. Develop, align, implement and maintain CCS processes especially as affected changes relate to service delivery and service support.

• A four-year college degree 1 to 3 years of relevant experience. The following courses are preferred for this role:
  • Business Administration
  • Marketing
  • Communications
  • Engineering
  • IT / Computer Science / Mathematics preferred
• Knowledgeable of basic office applications.
• Basic presentations skills are required.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills (negotiation, team-building, positive thinking, can-do attitude, and job flexibility).
• Demonstrated strong written, verbal, organizational and communication skills.
• Reasoning and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to deal with issues of a sensitive nature.
