You Will :
- Data Input
- Receiving Customer Service Calls.
- Going to Schools for training the teacher
- Replying to Online Chats and Emails
Minimum Qualifications
We expect you to have :
- Experiences in Customer Service of B2B for at least 2 years.
- Strong communication, intrapersonal, negotiation and persuasion skills.
- High competency working with Computer.
- Highly conscientious.
- High mobility [having SIM C] and have their own motorbikes
Big bonus if you have :
- Experiences on working with Teachers.
- Having fast and accurate typing skills
- Knowledge about Indonesian EdTech sector.
- Having SIM A
- Not born in Jakarta ;)
