Job Description
As a full-time Financial Consultant of Pru Life UK, the following will be the roles and responsibilities:
- Present insurance and investment (variable unit-linked or VUL) programs to individuals and companies
- Recruit at least 20 Financial Consultants in 18 months to be promoted as a Unit Manager (given other parameters are met)
- Attend regular meetings every Monday
- Participate in sales, products and leadership mastery trainings every Wednesday
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree of any course
- Must be willing to undergo 1-day or 2-nights training in Makati for licensure exam with Insurance Commission
- Passionate in helping and working with people
- Must have an entrepreneurial mindset
- Becoming a Unit Manager handling a team is a career priority
