DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all sales project management related inquiries.
  • Managing the relationship and communication with the client and all stakeholders, ensuring the project is delivered to their satisfaction.
  • Manage multiple sales projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of quality control.
  • Develop detailed project plans and timelines for all sales projects.
  • Identify and coordinate all information with other departments within a company, such as product, operations, to ensure that all relevant parties have been informed of the project’s status and project work plan.
  • Find out some problem solving for obstacle business & product, identifying and mitigating potential risks
  • Resolving customer service issues by communicating with clients to explain product features and benefits and answering any questions about products or services.
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation.
  • Document all information thoroughly through the pre-sale process, as our projects develop over several years and this information is sourced by various members of our team – Tracking absent participants.
  • Reporting on project status and evaluation to upper management and keeping them informed about any delays or issues with the project.
  • Continuously seek ways to improve and optimize the sales project management process.

Minimum Qualifications

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Leadership skill.
  • Excellent presentation communication skills with clients and colleagues.
  • Process and entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking.
  • Result-oriented and independent to drive progress and strong focus on quality.
  • Excellent spoken and written in English

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Candidate from a reputable University with min GPA 3.5.
  • Fresh graduate with internship experience as project manager or project management.
  • Minimum 1-2 years relevant experience in project management or event organizer will be an advantage.
  • Proven working experience in project management capability to drive complex and ambiguous projects from end-to-end.
  • Flexible and capable to work in demanding environment to meet customer expectations
  • The ability to multitask, pro-activate and work in a fast-paced environment
