Job Description

Job Overview: The Sales Rep / BD Officer’s primary responsibility is to help the company meet or exceed business goals revenue. This person is responsible to directly reach out to the leads and conducting follow-throughs religiously. It is very vital for this person to determine the prospect's business needs and challenges in order to come up with the right business proposal. This person must also establish, develop and maintain positive business and client relationships to ensure future business partnership, opportunities and sales.

Expectations from this role:

  • Conduct lead prospecting
  • Religiously reaching out and following-up prospects via phone call, email and SMS
  • Conducts product presentation with potential clients
  • Identifies client’s challenges, concerns or business business needs and provides proposal and solution that can address and add value to the business
  • Provides ideas and insights for product and process improvement
  • Recommends and create strategies for better prospecting, lead generation and conversion
  • Build and maintain good relationships with new and existing clients
  • Represent the company in the best possible manner
  • Self-starter and motivated to grow personally and professionally
  • Entrepreneurial and resourceful in the way we approach the business and challenges
  • Work is currently set up to be remote or from home but will transition to hybrid work set up as the pandemic eases up

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or Administration, Marketing, Finance or related field
  • At least 2 years experience in Sales, Business Development Officer or similar role
  • Knowledgeable of the CRM tools
  • Exceptional negotiation and decision-making skills
  • Analytical and creative problem solver
  • Strong command of English language in both oral and written
  • Manages pressure well, can work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to details
  • Able to work independently as well as a team player
