Job Description
- Create AWH growth strategy with CEO, creating country profiles, stakeholder mapping and other research-based activities to inform AWH expansion;
- Working with a range of partners to ensure they continue their support for AWH;
- Work with potential new clients in the Philippines and in new regions to create new solutions for them, as well as supporting proposals and quotes for AWH services;
- Working on new solutions, modelling the resources needed, and pricing accordingly;
- Building new partnerships, clients and networks;
- Maintaining key contact list, managing mailing list and keeping them update on our activities.
Minimum Qualifications
- 2-5 years’ experience in strategy/business development/sales/solution development;
- Strong knowledge of healthcare sector (public, pharmaceuticals, digital health etc);
- Strong quantitative and qualitative skills. Excellent written communication skills. Experience in preparing grant/donor funding applications an advantage;
- Proven track record in business development and revenue generation;
- Strong analytical skills in appraising new markets and opportunities;
- Ability to think outside the box in a very innovative way;
- Inspire confidence from new partners, and be trusted by them to invest in AWH;
- Ability to work hard to deadlines, and get the job done no matter what;
- Competitive and hungry to win.

reach52 (R52) is a social enterprise which aims to bring universal basic healthcare services to communities in low-access, developing regions through an innovative service model and technology platform. Our approach focuses on leveraging existing community facilities (such as shops, churches, schools etc) and people to use a key technology platform to help deliver basic healthcare services to their fellow citizens.
This allows core health services to be distributed deeper into communities where traditional healthcare services are unable to reach (such as Barangay Health Centres), giving basic support locally but also providing a navigation service where patients are able to find local clinics, purchase affordable quality medication and microinsurance, understand financing options (PhilHealth, PCSO etc) and connect them to regional and national healthcare facilities.
