Job Description
The key focus areas for this role will be to work with management and define the product roadmap for our healthcare technology platforms:
- Document needs through research and market data, leading development team and developing of healthcare software products
- Develop product use cases and appraise new ideas for market viability
- Assess competition by comparing products
- Create product marketing communications objectives
- Work with the senior leadership team to create revenue amd marketing strategies
- Create long- and short-term product KPI forecasts and analysis for management
- Bring new products to market with return-on-investment analysis
- Determine product pricing based on market research and costs
- Schedule and assign operational requirements to follow up on work results
- Manage the product team, including software developers
- Continue professional and technical education, attending workshops, seminars, etc.
Minimum Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have skills in the following areas:

- People management and customer research
- Requirements analysis including pricing and planning

reach52 (R52) is a social enterprise which aims to bring universal basic healthcare services to communities in low-access, developing regions through an innovative service model and technology platform. Our approach focuses on leveraging existing community facilities (such as shops, churches, schools etc) and people to use a key technology platform to help deliver basic healthcare services to their fellow citizens.
This allows core health services to be distributed deeper into communities where traditional healthcare services are unable to reach (such as Barangay Health Centres), giving basic support locally but also providing a navigation service where patients are able to find local clinics, purchase affordable quality medication and microinsurance, understand financing options (PhilHealth, PCSO etc) and connect them to regional and national healthcare facilities.
