Job Description
Partner Collection Manager is responsible to:
- Participating in the development and implementation of system to Track the patient journey - from booking to conclusion of treatment – at all stages
- Ascertain and record individual patient bills from hospital
- Invoice Alodokter fee by hospital - in accordance with relevant hospital PKS
- Training the hospital teams to use the reporting tool
- Communication with Partner of account/data reconciliation issues
- Taking actions to increase the reporting quality
- Manage the key linkages between Operations and Finance in Alodokter and understand those in partner hospitals
- You will be responsible for the development of reporting and billing policy and related SOP’s
- You will produce Reports and analysis of the revenue and billing cycle and provide interpretation and relevant insight
- Ideally you will have experience of building and managing customer relations in a complex environment
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree from Reputable University
- Have at least 5 years experience in billing & collections is preffered
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Able to work independent
