Sr. Growth Strategy and Analytics Manager  

• Generate and execute new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth and conversion
• Leverage behavioral data, experiment data, user research, and business acumen to inform a roadmap of features, experiments, improvement and marketing efforts
• Manage experiments and collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners to deliver amidst competing priorities and tight deadlines.
• Partner with analytics to develop dashboards and communicate the state of business, experiment results and growth opportunities to leadership and business stakeholders with actionable recommendations
• Manage and develop team members
• Work with cross-functional teams (e.g., Business, Product, Analytics, IT, Design, and Marketing) to launch and test new opportunities

• Problem solver – getting to the lowest level of detail to identify optimization opportunities and translate them into actionable plans

• Project manager - Experience with working across cross-functional groups to drive initiatives to launch
• Bachelor’s degree - preferably in Business, Economics, Marketing, or Technical field. Master’s or MBA a plus
• 5+ years of experience in relevant roles – Growth Manager, Product Manager, Business Strategy, Management Consulting, Investment Banking, Performance or Business Analytics
• Track record of structuring and solving problems with an analytical, data-driven approach
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication (English) and presentation skills

Nice to have

• Experience developing and executing A/B tests
• Experience in a fast-paced and nimble environment; experience at a start up
• Technical proficiency in Google Analytics, SQL, Excel, Search Console, Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads Suite, and SEO-specific tools
