About the Role
Alune strives to lead the way in modern, precision shrimp farming and you will be directly responsible for helping us lead the way.
You are expected to be the main project lead for Alune’s projects pitching, negotiating and closing deals with financial institutions, strategic partners and farmer clients. You will be responsible for the assurance of smooth running of projects from design to final delivery.
This role is full of variety – here are a few things you could be working on:
- Working closely with the Chief Officers and stakeholders to deliver on mission critical projects
- Leading negotiations and pitches with multinational and national partners
- Developing and maintaining excellent stakeholder relationships
- Planning and executing projects core to the companies success metrics
- Design, research and the creation of pitch, explainer and sales materials
- Lead by example, representing the values and ethics of Alune and our partners in all activities
- Develop and support team members you are directly or indirectly managing
- Invent, design and deploy new initiatives to accelerate growth
Minimum Qualifications
About You
Essential:
- You have a passion for creating solutions and partnerships to hard problems
- Extensive experience working in a senior sales, project manager or COO role
- Strong stakeholder relationship management skills
- Ability to lead complex and multidisciplinary negotiations under tight time constraints
- Strong strategic & project management capabilities
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skill
- Exceptional negotiation skill
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Excellent analysis and synthesis capabilities and ability to write comprehensive and complex notes in English.
- Experience with technical, financial, economic and legal aspects of the relevant business
- A team player, prepared to go the extra mile to deliver success
Desirable:
- Aquaculture experience
- Agriculture experience
- Previously held senior position in a multinational organisation
- Network of contacts in Indonesian Finance or Aquaculture
- Started and managed your own company before
