Job Description
- Work is office-based, Monday to Saturdays, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm
- Computes payroll and commissions
- Prepares tax returns, SSS, Philhealth and Pag-Ibig remittances
- Coordinates with accountant for preparation of financial statements
- Supervises staff responsible for receivables and payables
- Coordinates with other staff about inventory management software
- Oversees filing of company customer and supplier files
- Performs audit on company operations
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Must know how to use MS Excel
- Must be college graduate of Finance, Accounting or related course
- With at least five (5) years of work experience related to Accounting
- Preferably with experience in managing staff
- Preferably with experience in managing an online enterprise management system
