Job Description
- Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
- Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources Officers (timekeeping, payroll, recruitment, company events)
- Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
- Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (timekeeping, recruitment, training, company events, etc)
- Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
- Conduct an initial interview of job applicants
- Process and monitoring of timekeeping (aqua and other companies)
- Assist in the recruitment and sourcing of candidates
Minimum Qualifications
- BS degree in Human Resources, Psychology and related field
- MS Office proficiency, (in particular – MS Word and Excel)
- Basic Knowledge of Labour laws (DOLE)
- Strong analytical, planning, and presentation skills
- Outstanding organizational and time management abilities
- Excellent problem-solving skills and decision-making aptitude
- Excellent English communication skill – both oral and written
- Strong ethics and reliability
- Will be based in BGC Taguig City
