Job Description
- Truck booking and route planning with 3PL to ensure the optimal cost to serve ratio
- Troubleshooting of delivery issues and concerns with all concerned parties on a daily basis
- Coordinate with warehouse and supervise goods loading
- Ensure that there will be no over/under deliveries of goods from outbound transactions
- Control on promo bundles, repacked items, and near expiry goods for dispatch
- Ensure that delivery notes and/or proof of delivery are provided timely to truckers
- Coordinate backloads to trucker and Arla Inventory Management Assistant
- Ensure coordination and completeness of all POD with 3PL
- Provide all necessary POD to finance department on a timely basis
- Provide supporting documents for credit and debit note issuance from outbound transactions
- Provide relevant inputs to sales and supply chain planning
- To carry through these tasks, the employee will likely work 5 days a week in the warehouse, unless called for at Arla Makati office for task alignment or relevant internal meeting
Minimum Qualifications
- Good oral and written communication skills in English and Filipino
- Education at bachelor level within Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or similar
- 1-2 years of relevant experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Well-organized and logical thinker
- Honest and Trustworthy
- With attention to details
