Job Description
- Mengelola hal-hal yang berhubungan dengan keluhan karyawan, disiplin karyawan dan hak pekerja.
- Memberikan pendapat Hukum melalui lisan maupun tulisan. Mereview ketentuan terkait hak dan kewajiban karyawan maupun perusahaan, memonitor pelaksanaannya.
- Melaksanakan tertib administrasi yang menyangkut persyaratan dan tata tertib kerja (membuat surat peringatan atas pelanggaran Tata Tertib).
- In charge dalam penyelesaian kasus pelanggaran dan perundangan Ketenagakerjaan / Peraturan Perusahaan, memonitor dan memberikan usulan perbaikannya.
- Memastikan seluruh Peraturan Perusahaan / Kebijakan yang berlaku di perusahaan sesuai undang-undang / aturan yang berlaku dan dilaksanakan / dijalankan dengan baik.
- Berkoordinasi dengan berbagai pihak seperti Serikat Pekerja, Instansi Ketenagakerjaan dan pihak-pihak lainnya yang terkait pelaksanaan tugas dept, HCGA
- Pengurusan perizinan perusahaan dengan pihak luar yang berhubungan dengan Industrial / Employee Relation.
Minimum Qualifications
- S1 jurusan Hukum
- Memiliki pengalaman minimal 1 tahun di Industrial Relation
- Fresh Graduate are welcome
