Job Description
- Execute the full life -cycle of both Local and International market research including latest market trends, culture, acquisition, partnership, and finance products
- Manage market research projects from start to finish that includes, but not limited to, developing, programming, testing, and launching surveys, gathering evidence, and executing data collections and report creation.
- Develop and enhance the value and efficiency of survey and dashboards, ensuring user adoption according to the local market
- Daily social media monitor and control of latest updates
- Perform analysis on design feature, CRM system, and finance product features
- Innovate – bring ideas and practices to help the company continuously improve the insights, values, and solutions to optimize Asetku research and customer experience program.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of consulting or internet company experience
- Strong analytical and market research skills, including survey programming and management, analysis, and delivery of insights through reporting
- Proficient in survey research software and strong data visualization capabilities is desirable
- Good at English
