Job Description
- Do bookkeeping/recording journals and transactions using accounting systems
- Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records or other financial statement to access the accuracy, completeness, and compliance with reporting standards and operating procedures.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and analysis
- Perform other finance/accounting related tasks
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance/business
- Has around 2 years of working experience in Financial Industry
- Have working experience in financial institution is preferred
- Experienced in using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Able to operate formulas in MS Excel (Pivot Table, Functions, Vlookup, etc.)
- Fluent in English, able to speak Mandarin is a plus
- Have experience in making financial analysis and report
- Strong numeracy and analytical skills
- Good communication skill
