Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Front end development of landing pages from the scratch (HTML CSS),
- Configuration, and adaptation of website through CMS (Sitecore, Sales Force - Demandware) Proactive problem-solving skills,
- Communicate project status and deliverables with project lead/senior,
- Train and monitor team member's work,
- Evaluate team member's performance and set goals for team growth,
- Maintain of Multilingual Websites on Sales Force Commerce Cloud and/or Sitecore,
- Dispatch and monitoring of Daily Production Activities,
- Localization editing of digital assets (PSDs, Banners…).
Management tasks:
- Assessment of Team members,
- Daily Supervision of production activities,
- Conduct technical interviews for aspiring candidates,
- On board new team members and projects,
- Organization of production with International Counterparts (APAC, EMEA,LATAM).
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of Information Technology, Computer Science and the like,
- 3 to 5 years of experience in managing a team of Web Content Integrators,
- Has experience in E-Commerce sites (Luxury beauty is an advantage),
- Advanced experience with Content Management Systems, preferably Salesforce/Demandware or Sitecore focused on an e-commerce website,
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator,
- Advance HTML & CSS (media query) experience,
- Demonstrated mobile-responsive design quality assurance,
- Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Suite,
- Has experience in JIRA or similar ticketing system.
