Director or Associate Director | Sales and Marketing  

We are looking for a focused high-performing Sales Professionals to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets .

Responsibilities:

• Seeking out major clients and identifying valuable emerging markets
• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
• Develop and implement a strategic business plans that expands company's customer base and ensures its strong presence in the country
• Own Objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales team members
• Build and promote strong, long lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above in Business Administration/Banking and Finance or Information Technology (IT)
• A minimum of 6-10 years relevant sales management and business development experience
• Experience in Banking, ePayment, eBusiness industry will be an advantage
• Committed to continous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from planning to closing
• Strong business sense and industry expertise
