Job Description
- Responsible for the full recruitment life cycle, but not limited to, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding qualified candidates based on departmental business needs and requests.
- Regularly provide guidance and assistance to job applicants in the navigation of the application and selection process of the company.
- Identifies passive and active candidates by leveraging a variety of recruitment resources such as job boards, social media, resume databases, job fairs and referrals; communicates and coordinates recruitment advertising.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degre, Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Psychology, Social Science/Sociology or equivalent
- At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Energetic and enthusiastic; good interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work under pressure, challenging working environment, and meeting tight recruitment deadlines; flexible and open-minded to various changes and business decisions
- Internet savvy and computer literate; proficient with the usage of various office applications
- Good command of the English language both in oral and written form
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Willing to work in BGC, Taguig
