Job Description
Under the supervision of the Program Sales and Marketing Group Head, the Marketing and Graphics Design Executive must understand the message/concept requirements of various programs and initiatives of the Center for Continuing Education (CCE) and interprets these through visually appealing and creative content using current programs/software on a variety of media (print, electronic/online, video) aligned with the University branding standards and that of partner organizations, as applicable.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Create concepts, design, and process production of printed and electronic marketing materials, such as, but not limited to, flyers, brochures, sales kits, posters, invitations, advertisements, announcements, banners, etc.
- Timely updating of existing marketing materials on print and online media with course-related entries, such as schedules, fees, location, etc.)
- Timely updating of CCE website graphics
- Create presentation materials both for internal and external communication
- Produce other visual presentations for various media channels, such as, but not limited to the website and other social media platforms
- Provide a weekly status report on various creative projects and implementations.
- Perform all other tasks assigned by the Program Sales and Marketing Group Head and authorized representative/s
Minimum Qualifications
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Must be knowledgeable in any of the following programs/software such as Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Flash, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere (video editing), Basic HTML, After Effects and LightroomBasic
- With Photography experience
- Must be able to generate creative ideas and illustrate clearly
- Can work independently and as a part of the team
- Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently and effectively
- Must be willing to work in Makati City
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Graduate of a 4-year degree course related to multimedia arts and/or graphic design
- With at least 2 years of Graphic Design experience
