Job Description
The Technical Lead is expected to:
- Maintain communication with business team
- Prioritise technical delivery according to business needs
- Coordinate and manage request to technical team
- Provide technical coaching and guidance for technical team
- Develop and guide the technical team members in enhancing capabilities and increasing productivity
- Ensure process compliance in the assigned module and participate in technical discussion/review
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 2 years work experience in managing technical team and 4 years in technical engineer
- Have high coding standards - understanding of test coverage best practice
- Excellent technical abilities and broad knowledge in many stack technology
- Have knowledge and experience in several programming languages, preferably Java and Javascript
- Strong communication skills, English is a must
- Have experience working with SQL databases, query optimisation and designing schemas, preferably used to PostgreSQL and Oracle DB
- Passionate about technology and its relationship with product and user experience
