Transfer Agency Officer  

Role Summary:

The Transfer Agency Officer is primarily responsible for daily transaction processing, the accurate record keeping of individual shareholdings, and the issuance and cancellation of shares.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Settle daily subscription transactions in the registry system.
• Perform batch processing of daily redemption transactions in the registry system.
• Create investment and settlement accounts in the registry system.
• Check official receipts prepared by TA Associate.
• Check and review of the daily AMLA report for ATRAM and Soldivo funds submitted to Compliance.
• Responsible for uploading the Net Asset Value Per Share (NAVPS) in the registry system and ATRAM website.
• Generate the daily subscription and redemption registry reports for ATRAM and Soldivo fund submitted to Fund Accountant.
• Approving of updated information of client in the registry system.
• Prepare and send out indicative order and final order reports via email.
• Generate and send out password protected confirmations (Subscriptions and Redemptions) via email
• Scan and file client documents (account opening and transactional documents).
• Prepare Certificate of Investment (COI) upon client request
• Prepare and submit Soldivo Subscription and Redemption summary of orders to channel partners.
• Prepare and submit channel partner Trailer Fees report.
• Generate the monthly outstanding shares report and monthly subscriptions/redemptions report submitted to Compliance and ATC.
• Update records and organize documents sent offsite.
• Assist in the review of the clients’ quarterly Statement of Accounts.
• Perform functions of reviewing and approval of ATRAM Initial Investments.
• Perform back-up functions of reviewing for Soldivo Initial Investments.
• Perform back up functions to other officers/associates
• Perform other related tasks as may be assigned by the Transfer Agency Manager and Fund Operations Head.

• At least a degree holder in Business or Finance.
• Communicate effectively through range of communication media
• Ability to use standard desktop applications to execute relevant business processes and to enhance personal productivity and communications
