Job Description
The Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant is abreast with trends in the talent market and cloud/SAAS technologies. He/she has experience in its optimized implementation, such as, but not limited to Compensation Offer preparation and negotiation, Applicant Tracking Systems, Lead Generation, and Screening Methodologies. The Senior Consultant also doubles as the champion for the company’s Employer Value Proposition, and in extension, that of the Client’s.
If appointed as leader for the team, the Senior Consultant will also be accountable for KPIs and projects of the team. He/She shall also serve as a valued advisor to the Leadership Team, Clients, and fellow HR colleagues for implementation of HR best-practices.
Duties and responsibilities:
Streamline and review recruitment plans and processes to ensure that implementation continues to hire and onboard the best-fit candidate for the identified business needs, with applied knowledge of the current talent market and sourcing and hiring best practices.
Continually evaluate and adapt the sourcing strategy in line with talent market trends and hiring best practices, leading to the capturing of competent profiles in the database to build an accessible candidate pool for current and future hiring needs.
Lead the strategic planning and review of our employee value proposition to endorse Atticus as an employer of choice.
Facilitate effective, timely, and transparent communication and interview(s) with candidates (successful or otherwise) and the hiring team for a seamless and positive recruitment experience.
Maintain complete and accurate data needed for related activities carried out by peer functions, while establishing an exceptional relationship to ensure activities related to recruitment continue to be relevant and efficient.
Execute the offer extension process in order to onboard a satisfied, best-fit candidate, working closely with Account Managers to address the candidate's personal value system and the hiring manager's budget.
Acts as an expert in the talent market in terms of talent economy, diversity and inclusion, and competitive practices. Can use this information to shape hiring managers’ and executives’ strategy on talent availability.
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills and critical thinking;
- Has a high IQ on technology and tools available

Minimum 7 years experience implementing recruitment tools and processes including Applicant Tracking System, reporting tools, and 3rd Party Solutions

Preferred 2 years experience in Total Rewards and Compensation Planning.
