Digital Marketing Account Supervisor  

The Digital Marketing Accounts Supervisor is highly responsible for the high-touch VIP/VVIP clients in terms of overall project management which involves the following:

• Hands-on collaboration with key resource persons in developing digital strategies for these clients paid or organic (SEO/SMM/PPC).
• Creating and monitoring project timelines that are achievable and realistic for each and every project to drive timeliness in terms of submissions and/or revisions.
• Oversight of all project deliverables before sending them to clients for approval.
• Apply a data-driven approach in making sound recommendations and analysis of the project results which is in close collaboration with the assigned resources on the projects.
• The Digital Marketing Accounts Supervisor will report directly to the Division’s Operations Manager in close collaboration with the Digital Marketing Manager for production-related functions. He/She shall be a supervisor/officer in rank with no direct report.

Responsibilities include:

• Shadow-work with the Operations Manager in client-servicing the VIP clients.
• POC / Key project manager for VIP clients and their projects.
• Be the internal voice of the VIP clients when cascading concerns and directives to key resources working on specific projects/tasks.
• Efficient tasking of production and support service requests relevant to projects of the VIP clients.
• Monitor weekly production reports with the Digital Marketing Manager.
• Spearhead monthly and quarterly reports with the Data Analytics Manager.
• Closely collaborate with production team leads in and out of Clickality for tasking and project-related concerns.
• Spearhead digital situational/campaign/industry analysis pertinent to the development of necessary digital strategies for VIP clients.
• Developing a solid and trusting relationship between major key clients and company
• Establishing a timeline of project progress and performance
• Collaborating with the necessary internal departments (SEO, Paid Media, Social, Content, Developers, Designers, Sales, and Project Managers) to ensure consistent high quality of deliverables.
• Planning and presenting reports and updates on key account progress, KPIs, recommendations and initiatives in liaison with other project managers or client-facers.
• Complete the following certification programs within the next 6 months
  • Google Analytics Beginners
  • Google Analytics Advanced
  • Google Ads Fundamentals
  • Google Digital Garage
  • Google: Introduction to Data Studio
  • SEMRush Academy

• Extensive knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook/LinkedIn Ads, LinkedIn Ads
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Agency experience (working with local and US clients) is preferred
• SEO knowledge a plus
